I could really feel that familiar urgency of your need to tell her and NOW leading to your trip-that sense of, I MUST do this. I wish I could hug your grandmother for gifting you with the reception of your truth with such love.

Such a story of honesty, acceptance and self-respect. Thank goodness for a grandmother like yours. She didn't just open the door; she said, "I see you, as you always have been and will be. Welcome home." What a gift!
